1. Return Period

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. This right applies to all products, including those purchased at a discounted or sale price.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used in a way that prevents resale

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (in the case of cash on delivery), within a few working days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company (if applicable)
  • Then contact your bank – there is often a processing delay

7. Sale Items

All products are eligible for return and refund within the 14-day withdrawal period, regardless of whether they were purchased at full price or at a discounted/sale price, in compliance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions. For customers located in the European Union, we will cover international return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label upon request, in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit if sent without prior authorization.
